Property Description

Prime location in the heart of Greenwich Village!...Opportunity knocks to live on one of the quaintest tree lined streets where movies have been filmed and Taylor Swift once lived (she even wrote a song about it called Cornelia St.). This studio is only one flight up and is extremely peaceful and quiet. It faces the building's courtyard/garden where you can hang out and sip your coffee or have a BBQ with friends. The large, open kitchen is perfect for someone who really likes to cook, and has a bar-height counter where two people can sit and eat, as well as room for a table. There is a full bathroom w/tub & shower, and 2 closets in the hall. When you live here you are STEPS TO EVERYTHING the Village has to offer...great restaurants, shops, cafe's, bars, music, theater, John's pizza, NYU and of course Washington Square Park! Getting around the city is a breeze from here, with so many subway lines only a block or two away (1 A B C D E F M). This coop allows subletting, It has laundry, bike storage, a great super, and is very well maintained. It's secured by an intercom system, a double door entryway, and an outer door that gets locked after 6pm. The maintenance is only $953.66/mo and includes heat & hot water. Being sold "as is" and PRICED TO SELL...this hidden gem is just waiting for your updates and personal touches!
